Care Instructions
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
-Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
-Hang to dry (recommended) for the longest life or tumble dry inside out on low. Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
-Do NOT bleach – Do NOT Use Fabric Softener – Do NOT iron directly on design – Do not iron the decoration – Do not dry clean.

Turnaround Time
Once your order is placed, our turnaround/production time is approximately 5-7 business days. Depending on our schedule, we can also offer rush services for those that need their orders sooner. Please email customer@majestyeventdesigns.com prior to placing your order to check availability for rush orders.

Returns/Exchange/Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once your payment has been processed. No Refunds will be given. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
